Delhi has gotten so hot that our “cold” water (kept on the roof in a black container) has become practically scalding, and our “hot” water (kept in a turned off water heater inside the house) is used daily as cold water (OK, really just not scalding water). I know I complained of the cold this past winter, but at least we could hide under covers without fear of power outtages. Today in a government meeting the AC went out from 3-7pm, and people were dropping like flies. Here is a picture of the warmth I used to chase after this winter. That distant, distant winter.
