After going to Kathmandu so many times for work, it was amazing to bring Evan there for the first time last week. One of our first stops was Patan Durbar Square, a central stupa where you can find incredible architecture, history, community, and even rooftop dining. We settled in to play some cards and people watch before checking out the museum within the square. I’ll admit that I’m not normally a museum lover, but this one is so artfully done, and utilizes the well-maintained structure itself to make the experience truly charming. Try to go early to also grab some chai or snacks in the garden restaurant in the back if you have time.
